A wreck is still off to the left shoulder on southbound Hwy. 100 at France Avenue in Robbinsdale.
There's also a left shoulder blocker on westbound Hwy. 36 at Dale Street.
It's also heavy on westbound 494 from Lyndale Avenue to Hwy. 100.
