Authorities have opened all lanes on northbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue. A major wreck on the Cayuga Bridge had blocked all three lanes for about 30 minutes.
Traffic is extremely heavy in the area, and also on westbound 94 heading into St. Paul.
In Minneapolis, look for a vehicle on the left shoulder on southbound 35W on the curve heading out of downtown Minneapolis near Portland Avenue.
It's still ugly on westbound 494 where it's taking some drivers 90 minutes to get from Lake Drive in Woodbury to Cedar Avenue in Bloomington.
There is an accident on westbound 494 at Penn Avenue.
