8:50 a.m. update: 35E ramp at Pennsylvania Avenue closed

MnDOT has permanently closed the ramps to and from northbound 35E and Phalen Blvd. and Pennsylvania Avenue. Southbound ramps will remain open.

MnDOT has permanently closed the ramps to and from northbound 35E and Phalen Blvd. and Pennsylvania Avenue. Southbound ramps will remain open.

At sometime today, Cayuga Street under 35E is expected to open. Also look for the ramp from Cayuga Street to York Avenue to open.

Lane restrictions on Phalen Blvd. at 35E will go into effect.
