Both directions of Hwy. 100 are still locked up. A crash on the northbound side at Excelsior Blvd. is tying up traffic heading north at 50th Street and southbound is a tight squeeze from 394 past the scene.
Look out for a broken-down vehicle on westbound Crosstown at Bloomington Road, just past the light-rail overpass. It's in the left lane hugging the Jersey barrier.
A crash on eastbound 394 at Wirth Pkwy. is not adding to the travel time. Look for it on the right. It's 15 minutes from 494 to downtown Minneapolis.
