Commuters on westbound 94 will be stuck in slow traffic all stemming from an earlier wreck on the ramp from westbound 94 to westbound 394.

Traffic clogs heading into downtown St. Paul with 20 minutes needed from Manning Avenue to 35E. Ahead, from Dale Street to the Lowry Hill Tunnel it is nothing but brake lights and bumpers, making for a 25 minute trip from Dale Street to the tunnel.
