8:45 a.m. update: Still slow on I-94 in Midway, and on Hwy. 280

Southbound Hwy. 280 is plugged from Hennepin Avenue to I-94, and that's likely due to the crush on 94 due to an earlier crash at Lexington Avenue.

Southbound Hwy. 280 is plugged from Hennepin Avenue to I-94, and that's likely due to the crush on 94 due to an earlier crash at Lexington Avenue.

Both directions of 94 are tight between Hwy. 280 and Dale Street, making the trip between the downtowns at 15 to 20 minutes.

Elsewhere we have slow traffic due to crashes on westbound 494 at Bailey Road in Woodbury and westbound 494 at 35W.

Road work has lanes shut down on westbound 394 at Plymouth Road and westbound 494 at Hardman Avenue and Maxwell Avenue in Newport.
