Crews are loading up a vehicle that stalled in the left lane of southbound 35W at Franklin Avenue. That's on the curve in downtown Minneapolis just south of I-94. Look for minor delays in the area.

Along 694, westbound traffic is starting to pick up the pace, but it's 11 minutes from Lexington Avenue over to Hwy. 252. Eastbound traffic is tight from Central Avenue to 35W, about 7 minutes needed there.

A First Unit is helping a motorist stranded in the left lane of westbound Hwy. 36 at Rice Street. The good news is traffic in the area is light and no delays are associated with it.

Pockets of congestion are slowing the drive on westbound Crosstown from 35W to Hwy. 100 and on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694.
