A pair of incidents is making it difficult on drivers heading into downtown Minneapolis.

A spinout is blocking two lanes on eastbound 94 at 7th Street. Ahead things are heavy through the Lowry Hill Tunnel over to 35W.

On eastbound 394, look for a stall at Dunwoody Blvd. on the right shoulder. It's creep and beep from Xenia Avenue all the way to downtown Minneapolis.

From the east, look for lots of congestion on I-94 from Hwy. 280 to 35W. That is 20 minutes.
