Commuters heading to west on I-94 through the Midway area should start to gain speed now that a wreck at Prior Avenue has finally cleared.
Traffic remains heavy back to near Rice Street, so still plan on 15 to 18 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis.
The wreck on southbound 35W at 4th Street also has cleared. That should get traffic moving again. At the moment, things are still plugged up from Hwy. 280 to Hennepin Avenue.
