A broken down semi on the right shoulder of northbound 35W is one of the reasons for the sputtering traffic conditions between 50th Street and downtown Minneapolis.

Elsewhere, look for pockets of heavy traffic on southbound 494 and Hwy. 169 from I-94 down to 394.

North metro are looking great. Traffic is zipping along without incident or delay.
