A couple of vehicle are involved in a fender bender on westbound 94 at Cretin Avenue.

A couple of vehicle are involved in a fender bender on westbound 94 at Cretin Avenue. They are on the right shoulder. Delays begin at Snelling Avenue. From downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis it is still a drive you can make in 12 minutes.
