8:45 a.m. update: Crash on 35W at County 42

The ramp jam is on for County Road 42 to northbound 35W due to a crash. Ahead, things are plugged up to 98th Street, but the good news is a wreck in the left lane on the Minnesota River bridge has just cleared. That should help traffic recover. It is 25 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
