A crash on the right shoulder of southbound 35W at 4th Street is part of the reason for the tight conditions heading into downtown Minneapolis. Prepare for bumper to bumper conditions through the Minneapolis commons.

Northbound 35W is tight from 42nd Street into downtown. There also is a bunch up around 50th Street.
