The police activity that has been in place for almost an hour on westbound 94 between Park Avenue and 11th Street has led to somewhat of a snarl for commuters trying to get downtown Minneapolis.

The ramp from northbound Hiawatha Avenue to westbound 94 is jammed. Traffic on westbound 94 slows at Riverside Avenue. And southbound 35W creeps along from Hennepin Avenue past the scene.

Our other busy spots include eastbound Crosstown from Tracy Avenue to France Avenue, westbound 494 from 12th Avenue to France Avenue, and southbound 494 from 94 down to Hwy. 55.
