8:45 a.m. udpate: Slow on 494 in Woodbury

A disabled vehicle on the right shoulder of southbound 494 at Carver Avenue is just enough to create a pocket of slow traffic from Tamarack Road down to the Wakota Bridge. You will also see a crash cramming traffic at Hwy. 110.

Elsewhere look for a stall slowing traffic on westbound 94 at 7th Street in downtown St. Paul and a stall on the eastbound side at Hwy. 52. Southbound 35E has a crash at Yankee Doodle Road.

Northbound 35E is jammed in Eagan due to icy roads and a crash at Lone Oak Road while westbound Hwy. 10 at 694 is dealing with a crash on the left shoulder. Plan on 15 minutes from 35E over to Hwy. 252.
