A couple new crashes have popped up in the past few minutes and both are tangling traffic.
The first is a motorcyclist that went down on westbound 394 at Wirth Pkwy. An ambulance is on the scene. It's all on the right shoulder. Traffic slows at Penn Avenue.
In St. Paul, fire rigs have the left lane blocked on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. Traffic stacks up at Johnson Pkwy.
