Westbound 94 commuters can't catch a break this morning. An early crash at Portland Avenue caused big backups and things haven't really improved. The latest set back is a stall blocking a lane at Cedar Avenue. Be ready to step on the brakes at Snelling Avenue. More than 40 minutes from St. Paul to Minneapolis.

Westbound 94 commuters can't catch a break this morning. An early crash at Portland Avenue caused big backups and things haven't really improved. The latest set back is a stall blocking a lane at Cedar Avenue. Be ready to step on the brakes at Snelling Avenue. More than 40 minutes from St. Paul to Minneapolis.

The crash on eastbound 94 at LaSalle has cleared, but the damage remains in place. Traffic stops at Broadway. On eastbound 394, things are creeping along from General Mills Blvd. to 94.

There is a crowd making its way across the Cedar Avenue bridge over the Minnesota River, but ahead things thin out approaching 494.

Northbound 169 is stop and go as traffic tries to get around a crash at Anderson Lakes Pkwy.
