A stall off to the right shoulder is slowing traffic in the Lowry Hill Tunnel on eastbound 94. Things are heavy starting at 7th Street.

That delay is nothing compared to the traffic jam on 494 in the west metro. It's still a 45-minute drive from 94 down to Minnetonka Blvd.

In the east metro, 494 continues to see its fair share of crashes. A new one is blocking the left lane at Valley Creek Road on the northbound side.

Westbound drivers can plan on 60 minutes from Lake Road to the Minnesota River. Look for wrecks at 35E and France Avenue. Earlier crashes at Hardman, Carver and Concord have cleared out, but traffic remain heavy in the area.
