A stalled school bus is blocking the center lane of southbound I-94 at 7th Street in Minneapolis. That's adding to heavy traffic volumes that are causing slow down beginning at Broadway.
The delays on eastbound 394 can be attributed to a four-vehicle wreck in the center lane at Xenia Avenue. The backup begins at General Mills Blvd.
