Except for a few spots where traffic is tight, things are moving at the posted speeds. How dry roads and sunny skies help things move.

The tight spots are on westbound 94 approaching 11th Street, southbound 35W from Broadway to 94, and eastbound 394 from Hwy. 169 to Hwy. 100. But even in those locations, you won't lose much time.
