8:40 a.m. update: No relief on 494 in Bloomington

The drive on westbound 494 is not improving. A stall at Penn Avenue is tangling traffic as far back as 24th Avenue. Plan on 23 minutes from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100.

The drive on westbound 494 is not improving. A stall at Penn Avenue is tangling traffic as far back as 24th Avenue. Plan on 23 minutes from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100.

A fender bender off to the right on eastbound 394 just past Dunwoody is slowing things coming into Minneapolis. Look for traffic to bunch up approaching Hwy. 100 and again near the 94 exits.

Eastbound 694 is tight from Hwy. 252 to 35W. That is 9 minutes. Add another 9 to reach 35E. Westbound is 10 minutes from 35E to County Road 81.
