Good news for Minnetonka drivers. The traffic lights on Hwy. 7 from Hwy. 101 are back on. Traffic is still sluggish in the area.

Northbound I-35 through Lakeville is looking pretty good at this hour. Just plan on a minor set back approaching County Road 50.
