8:40 a.m. update: Loosening up, flowing nice

Traffic snarls have abated for the most part and crashes have cleared. One exception is westbound 94 from Hwy. 280 to Portland Avenue where a bit of congestion is still in place.

Traffic snarls have abated for the most part and crashes have cleared. One exception is westbound 94 from Hwy. 280 to Portland Avenue where a bit of congestion is still in place.

Travel times elsewhere are nice and traffic is rolling along at near the posted speeds. It is the rush hour, after all, so you might have to tap the brakes every so often as conditions are apt to change.

For those following along, it sounds as if the dog that had stopped traffic on Hwy. 100 at Duluth Street made it safely off the highway. The pooch was last seen on Golden Valley Road.
