The State Patrol and MnDOT crews have pushed the stall out of the Lowry Hill Tunnel and all westbound lanes are back open.

Look out for shreds of tire left behind by a semitrailer truck littering the center and left lanes of northbound 35W at County Road E2 in Arden Hills.

The crash on northbound 35W at 50th Street has cleared. Things are still tight all the way up to Lake Street.
