A new spinout on northbound 35W at Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis is blocking the left lane. Northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown is 15 minutes.

Two crashes are hampering the drive on southbound 494 through Plymouth. They area at 49th Avenue and Carlson Plwy.

Elsewhere, things are loosening up and travel times are dropping.
