8:40 a.m. update: Current travel times

Not much improvement on the roads in terms of travel times, even as we enter the latter portion of the rush hour.

Westbound 494 is the latest problem area with crashes at Bass Lake Road, Crosstown and Hwy. 212.

Authorities continue to clear a crash on eastbound 694 at Lexington Avenue. Sizeable delays remain.

North metro

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 36 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 24 minutes.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 19 minutes. Eastbound is 29 minutes due to wreck at Lexinigton Avenue.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 25 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 25 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 18 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 23 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 21 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 37 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 20 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 23 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 18 minutes

Westbound Crosstown from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169: 26 minutes Eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to Cedar Avenue: 25 minutes

East metro

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 36 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 30 minutes.
