8:40 a.m. update: Current drive times

The fourth crash of the morning on southbound 35E is creating minor disruptions for commuters heading into downtown St. Paul. This one is in the left lane at Maryland Avenue. Earlier wrecks caused a big knot, but traffic is now moving decent from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul.
