A couple of issues are causing congestion in downtown Minneapolis.

A wreck on the Mississippi River bridge has traffic slow on southbound 35W from Johnson to 94. That is 12 minutes.

A ramp jam on 11th Street has traffic backed up on both southbound 35W and westbound 94. It's 10 minues from Hwy. 280 to the Lowry Hill Tunnel on westbound 94.

The crash on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 is cleared. Look for tight traffic from Wagon Wheel Trail up to St. Clair Avenue.

Eastbound 394 from 169 over to 94 and northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis are both sluggish. Plan on an extra 5 minutes on both routes.
