There is better news for westbound 94 drivers. Things are loosening up between Riverside Avenue and 11th Avenue. There are still pockets of congestion between 35E and Snelling Avenue. It's 15 minutes from St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.

The crash on southbound 35W at County Road D has just cleared so it will take a few minutes for traffic to recover.

The delays remain on northbound Hwy. 169 through Shakopee and Bloomington. It's 15 minutes up to 494.

Westbound 494 at Hwy. 52, look for a wreck on the right shoulder. Slowing begins at Hardman Avenue.

It's nose to nose conditions on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis, a drive that will take 11 to 14 minutes.
