A couple of earlier wrecks caused traffic to stack up on westbound 94 in St. Paul, and things barely began to shake loose when another crash came along.
A new accident at the 94/35E interchange has traffic backed up to Johnson Pkwy. Ahead, a wreck on west 394 at Wirth Pkwy. has traffic backed up to the Lowry Hill Tunnel, and that is also leading to slowdowns on westbound 94 from Riverside Avenue to downtown Minneapolis.
Westbound 494 is heavy from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. A crash on the right shoulder at France Avenue is adding to the delays.
