A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder is causing traffic on southbound Hwy. 169 to slow from Minnetonka Blvd. to the scene at Excelsior Blvd.

A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder is causing traffic on southbound Hwy. 169 to slow from Minnetonka Blvd. to the scene at Excelsior Blvd.

The right shoulder is blocked on westbound 394 at Plymouth Road. Eastbound traffic slows a bit from General Mills Blvd. over to Hwy. 100.

Congestion is slowing traffic on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to University Avenue. On westbound 94, look for tight traffic from Mounds Blvd. over to John Ireland Blvd.

Ahead, westbound 94 has a crash in the left lane at Huron Blvd. It's 12 minutes from 35E over to Cedar Avenue.
