8:35 a.m. update: Stall, crash brings traffic to a crawl on I-94

A crash on the right at I-394 and a stall ahead at La Salle Avenue has traffic on eastbound 94 inching along from Olson Hwy. to 35W. That is now at 10 minutes and travel times are rising in the area.
