The congestion on southbound 35W through Mounds View and Shoreview is loosening its grip,and that is making for a better drive from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280. That will take you 18 minutes.
In the south metro, Cedar Avenue is moving much better at this hour with only 17 minutes from County Road 38 to the Crosstown.
Look out for a vehicle fire on westbound 694 at White Bear Avenue. The fire department has just left the scene.
Northbound 169 continues to be stacked up from County Road 18 to Pioneer Trail in Bloomington.
Northbound 35W remains tight from County Road 42 to Black Dog Road.
