The stalled vehicle that was plugging up traffic on northbound Hwy. 13 at Lynn Avenue has cleared. Traffic is still slow in the area due to single-lane road work in place over to I-35W.

The stalled vehicle that was plugging up traffic on northbound Hwy. 13 at Lynn Avenue has cleared. Traffic is still slow in the area due to single-lane road work in place over to I-35W.

Look for the usual slow and go traffic on northbound 35W from Crosstown to 26th Street. It's about 10 to 12 minutes to make that run.

Elsewhere things have returned to normal and speeds are at or near the posted on mainline routes.
