A four-vehicle crash on northbound Cedar Avenue just prior to the Minnesota River is tangling traffic coming up from Cliff Road. It's blocking the left shoulder.

A pair of wrecks on westbound 94 at Chicago Avenue and the Lowry Hill Tunnel is adding to the misery in Minneapolis. Plan on 15 minutes from Riverside Avenue past the crashes.

Eastbound 394 is nose to nose from Hwy. 169 to 94. It's 20 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis.

Northbound 35W is crammed from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. That's also 20 minutes.
