The big trouble spot continues to be on eastbound 394. A crash at Penn Avenue on the right shoulder has traffic crawling from Xenia Avenue.

That also is causing traffic on northbound Hwy. 100 from 50th Street to 394 to move much slower than normal.

Look for a fender bender on westbound 494 at 12th Avenue, and a stall blocking on the westbound Mendota Bridge.
