A tow truck has arrived on the scene of a three-vehicle crash on the left shoulder of northbound 35W at 46th Street. Plan on 15 to 18 minutes from Crosstown to downtown.

I-694 jams up approaching 35W in both directions. It's 15 minutes from Central Avenue to Hwy. 10.
