This is something northbound Hwy. 61 drivers did not need: A crash at High Street in Newport. Congestion remains in place all the way up to 94 in St. Paul.

A stall is blocking the center lane of eastbound Hwy. 12 approaching Carlson Pkwy. Traffic is thick in the immediate area. Ahead, it's 18 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis.

Look out for a semitrailer truck that collided with a car on eastbound 494 at Cedar Avenue. Traffic is slow from Lyndale Avenue to the scene.

The trip along southbound 494 and 169 from I-94 to 394 is still trudging along at 25 to 28 minutes.
