In downtown Minneapolis, watch for a stalled vehicle on eastbound 94 at Hennepin Avenue. Traffic is still moving pretty well from Cedar Avenue to the Lowry Tunnel.
Authorities arrested the suspect on Wednesday and charged him on Friday.
