8:35 a.m. update: Crash closes portion of Hwy. 10 in Coon Rapids

A State Trooper responding to a crash on eastbound Hwy. 10 just past University Avenue says salt and sand is needed. Conditions are so bad "that I can barely walk myself." Eastbound Hwy. 10 is now closed at University Avenue due to a three-vehicle crash.
