Bloomington Police have blocked off traffic on E. 86th Street in the vicinity of Old Cedar Road. There is word of a car fire with one person trapped inside.
It's a crash on westbound 394 that is creating delays approaching Ridgedale Drive.
The newest crash on the system is on southbound Hwy. 100 at 36th Avenue has traffic slowing from 42nd Avenue in Robbinsdale.
I-494 in both directions is creeping along between Hwy. 169 and Cedar Avenue. A wreck on easttbound 494 at E. Bush Lake Road has just cleared.
