Malfunctioning traffic lights at Revere Lane and Hwy. 55 in Plymouth has had traffic tangled for most of the morning. Motorists are supposed to treat the intersection as a 4-way stop, so plan on a few extra minutes coming in from the west.
It's road work that is causing delays of up to 5 minutes on westbound Hwy. 110 in Mendota Heights. The work is at Dodd Road and the lineup begins at Delaware Avenue.
Southbound 35W has a few spots of congestion between Hwy. 10 and 694, but nothing out of the ordinary. Plan on 11 minutes there.
Elsewhere most routes are running very well with only minor slow downs on the Crosstown between 35W and Hwy. 100 and northbound 35W from Crosstown to 26th Street.
