The morning rush hour has seen its fair share of stalls, including a few that are still residing on the right shoulder. You will find them at:

Southbound 35W at Broadway Street in Minneapolis.

Eastbound 94 at Hiawatha Avenue in Minneapolis.

In St. Paul, it's a motorist changing a tire on eastbound 94 at Prior Avenue that has a few drivers tapping the brakes.

Stalls on westbound 494 have cleared out, but look for heavy traffic from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100. That is 14 minutes.

Westbound Crosstown sputters from 35W over to Hwy. 100, a 9-minute drive.
