We've had a few issues on the roads this morning, mostly with stalled vehicles.
Look for a couple vehicles, including a semitrailer truck, off to the right shoulder on northbound Hwy. 13 at Blackhawk Road. Traffic is getting by without issue.
On the eastbound Crosstown, traffic is moving a bit better in the vicinity of Bloomington Avenue. An earlier rollover has cleared, but a Metro Transit bus is stalled in the right shoulder. Look for slowdowns beginning at Portland Avenue.
You'll a pocket of tight traffic on southbound 35W from Johnson Street to Hennepin Avenue.
