The rain has changed over to snow in the north metro and is wreaking havoc on Hwy. 10.

The rain has changed over to snow in the north metro and is wreaking havoc on Hwy. 10.

Look for crashes on westbound Hwy. 10 at Main Street and eastbound at Ferry Street.

There's also a report of a spinout on southbound Hwy. 101 south of Hwy. 169 in the Otsego area.
