Just as a few earlier crashes on 169 cleared out, a new one has popped up. The latest is on southbound 169 at Hwy. 7. That has traffic backed up to Medicine Lake Road.
In St. Paul, westbound 94 is inching along from Johnson Pkwy. to downtown St. Paul. A rollover at Hwy. 52 is causing the delays.
A real mess is developing on 694 in the north metro. A jackknifed semi is blocking two lanes on westbound 694 at Silver Lake Road. A pair of wrecks has traffic heading east and west slowing at Central Avenue and University Avenue.
