Roads are drying out after this morning's heavy rain, but there are stoplight issues on Hwy. 55 in the western metro and in the north metro in Champlin along Hwy. 169.

I-694 is moving very well. We've had no delays at all this morning. Drivers must have found alternate routes, taken vacation or working at home. Whatever the reason, no hassles through the work zone from East River Road to Hwy. 252.
