Northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis reamins heavy duty with 15 minutes needed there.

Northbound Hwy. 61 is jammed from 70th Street to 94. That will take 10 to 15 minutes.

Expect delays on southbound 35E from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul, with 10 to 12 minutes needed.
