Traffic on southbound 35W has loosened through Arden Hills, Mounds View and Shoreview, but it does stack up on Minneapolis. It's very slow from Hennepin Avenue to Park Avenue. That is due to police activity on the right shoulder of westbound 94 between 11th Street and Park Avenue.
