Traffic is lighter than normal in most places, but we do have a few congested spots.

Traffic is lighter than normal in most places, but we do have a few congested spots.

A crash on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at 35th Street is causing traffic to stack up from 50th Street past the scene. Plan on 13 minutes from Crosstown to 94.

The usual stop and go conditions are in place on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is 15 minutes. Look for pockets of slow traffic on the westbound side from E. Bush Lake Road to 35W.

Westbound 94 is moving quite nice for this hour, except for minor slow downs in the area of Dale Street.

Plan on a couple extra minutes on Central Avenue heading into downtown Minneapolis.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
